FRENETICA is a multi-racial, bilingual pop rock group from Austin, Texas. They began as a duo with Becky Ozuna and Charles Romalotti playing songs from acoustic ballads to ska-like dancing tunes, but have since become a five-piece. Frenetica also sometimes incorporate varied instrumentation into their music via flute, timpani, lead pipes and others. The video for their song “La Llorona” made it into rotation at ME Television and was later listed by Paul Saucido in an Austin 360 article discussing the notable music and moments of 2007. The group’s next album is due to be out this summer.
